CAN I CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

 

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order!

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase once it arrives, you're welcome to email our customer care team who will then advise you on how to return it for a refund.  Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please note, unless faulty, there is no return on Lingerie, Jewellery or Sales / Daily Special items.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY GARMENT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/STYLE?

 

We are unable to process exchanges, however, if you would like another size or style, you are able to re-purchase the garment online and then lodge your unwanted item for a return (contact must be made with us within 7 days of receipt).

 

DO YOU RESTOCK?

 

We do occasionally re-stock styles upon popular demand. If your size or style is unavailable, we suggest contacting our sales team to register your interest.  You will then receive an email notification if we receive extra stock in your size or style.

 

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

 

Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into our discount bar, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'.  If the code is valid, your discount will be applied.

 

Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

 

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, our Customer Service team will be happy to help resolve the problem as fast as possible.  

 

Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

 

You have 21 days to return an item provided you first made contact with us within 7 days of receipt of your item. 

 

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

 

Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post.  Once your parcel has left us, you will receive it in approximately 1-3 business days.  Delivery will take an extra day to Western Australia and South Australia.

 

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

 

We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, for Australian orders, Australia Post will leave a card which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch to pick up your parcel. 

 

Australia Post are now offering a Parcel Locker service, where if you're not at home and want to collect your parcel from a more convenient location 24 hours a day, you are able to send your parcel to a parcel locker.  There are over 100 parcel locker locations nationally - find your closest location here.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

 

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. Please check your Spam/Junk folder for your tracking email from Australia Post as many customers have found that it is treated as spam. If you are still unable to locate this anywhere you are welcome to contact us by emailing sales@styletoadore.com  to receive your tracking number.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE, OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

 

Once your parcels have left us, we are not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods.

 

However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.  Contact us at sales@styletoadore.com

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ONLINE PURCHASES?

 

You can pay by VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL or BANK TRANSFER

 

I SAW A DAILY SPECIAL / SALE ITEM ON YOUR WEBSITE AND NOW IT'S BACK TO IT'S REGULAR PRICE

 

At Style to Adore, we have daily specials and different promotions weekly, so you need to purchase quickly to avoid missing out on our specials.

 

Once a special or promotion has ended we are not able to reactivate the offer on-line, however another great special or promotion will be just around the corner, so visit us again soon! 

 

I JUST PURCHASED AN ITEM AND NOW IT'S ON SALE.... CAN I GET A REFUND ON THE DIFFERENCE?

 

Style to Adore frequently have specials or promotions, so the price is what it was at the moment you purchased your item.  If you have missed out on a special or promotion, visit us soon and keep an eye out for the next one!

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

 

Please refer to our size guide on each individual product page, this will provide the models measurements and the size worn.

GARMENT CARE

 

If you are unsure of a garments care label, always ‘cold hand wash’ to avoid any damage in the garments fabric. For garments that specify dry-clean only, we recommend the use of a specialty dry cleaner.  If an item is made from viscose, we recommend to avoid washing. An alternative to this would be to cold hand wash or spot clean if possible. You may need to iron this viscose garment back into shape after washing.  If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we are unable to accept this back as a return.

 

JEWELLERY CARE

 

Our jewellery is made using semi-precious stones, beads, crystals, metals, chains and other embellishments. The majority of our jewellery pieces are constructed by hand and so you may notice variation in the colour, size and pattern of some beads.

 

Please take care when wearing these beautiful  jewellery pieces as they are very delicate. If they are dropped or mishandled, stones may fall out or embellishments may break.

 

Style to Adore cannot take responsibility for any breakages that occur through mishandling.

 

Please Note:  care should be taken when using personal items such as perfume or lotion as some metals can react to these items and this may result in discoloration or tarnishing.

 

Much of our jewellery is crafted using a variety of metal and plating.  Non-precious chains are usually steel or brass.  Unless specified, the rose gold, silver and gold components used are plated colours.  All plating of chains, earring hooks and stems are nickel free.

 

Sterling silver (925) pieces are clearly labeled and can be cleaned with a special sterling silver cloth to prevent tarnishing.

 

WEAR AND TEAR

 

If you damage a garment, bag, wallet or jewellery piece after wearing it e.g a button falls off, the zip breaks or there is colour transfer because of ‘wear and tear‘ we cannot accept these garments back for a return or exchange. 

 

VARIATIONS IN LEATHER

 

Oroton and Mimco products are made using high quality leathers, any variations in the colour and grain are a result of the natural characteristics of leather and are not faults. 

 

OWNERSHIP AND RISK 

 

Ownership of and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address.
